I first got into fitness when I was 14, training to lose weight and increase performance in baseball. After a severe knee injury, I chose to pursue an education in athletic training at Quinnipiac University, where I worked with their Men's Ice Hockey and Women's Basketball teams. After 3 years at Quinnipiac , I transferred to Colby-Sawyer College to study exercise science and pursue a career as a strength and conditioning coach. Post graduation, my senior research project was selected to be displayed at the 2015 regional ACSM conference in Providence, Rhode Island. During my career as a strength coach and personal trainer I have trained many levels of clientele, including Division 1 athletes, professional hockey players, and military, as well as those looking to recover from injury or live a more healthy and active lifestyle.
