Our transformation program is tailored to each individual member. You will be paired with an expert coach that matches your style and needs. All ages, injury history, goals, fitness levels and experience are welcome!

Private Coaching

So we can focus on exactly what you need while keeping a close eye on your progress. Your coach will work with you to set goals and track your progress, adjusting your program as needed,  and keeping you in momentum!

Group Workouts

Coach-led sessions tailored to you and your current level of fitness. Our classes are designed for everyone and will make working out fun, challenging, safe and effective.

Client experience:

I am a physician and lifelong runner who needed a hip replacement at age 57. Prior to scheduling surgery, I had become more sedentary over time due to the joint pain. Three months prior to my surgery date, I joined Commit Fitness determined to be in the best shape I could be before my operation.

Tony Pagourgis and the rest of the Commit staff guided me through an exercise program that greatly increased my overall strength, especially my core muscles and hip stabilizers. My surgery went extremely well and I am a little more than two weeks out. My physical therapist is amazed at my rapid progress post op and says I am a couple weeks ahead of schedule. I credit my rapid recovery to a little hard work and great coaching from Tony!

Best decision I've ever made!

After a lifetime of yo- yo dieting and weight loss, I finally acknowledged that the only way to maintain weight loss was to commit to a fitness program. I'd tried a few, but never stuck w/them. BTW-this included the 24 hour gym that I could somehow never find the time to attend.

Almost a couple of years ago now, I consulted w/a nutritionist at Reliant (shout out to Laura) she suggested I check out Commit Fitness.

From the first I benefitted from the individual attention and encouragement from the coaches, (Barb, Tony, Tracy, and Jodi!) As I began to attend regularly I noticed that my posture was improving and my clothes were fitting better.

I participated in the Drop 2 sizes Challenge and Within the space of 8 weeks, I did drop 2 sizes! That led to changing my eating habits (what I ate, how fast I ate and my portions) and working out at least 3 times a week really yielded that amazing result. All of the clothes in my closet fit, and then I had to buy new clothes because those were too big! I had not been weighing myself all this time. So when I went in for my annual physical, I told the NP I thought I'd lost some weight and it turned out I'd lost 28 lbs. over the course of a year!

I had trouble maintaining a healthy weight. I could diet and lose weight intermittently but restrictive diets which focused on "diet foods" were not sustainable. I would often quickly gain back the weight I lost ... and then some.

Barb has broadened my understanding of maintaining a healthy weight by linking nutrition and fitness with attitude and accountability. Barb essentially teaches wellness. As a physician, I appreciate Barb's scientific approach to nutrition and supplements. I value her experience in fitness training. How Much Are The Memberships?

Memberships at Commit Fitness vary depending on the individual.  Our transformation programs include group training, individual training, nutrition plans, and more!  Once we design the perfect program based on your goals and timeframe, we will go over the price.

 Do I Have To Have Experience To Workout At Commit Fitness?

Not at all. Our gym is designed for anyone from beginners to advanced, and we’re with you every step of the journey!

Do I Have To Commit To A Long-Term Membership?

 Absolutely not!  The length of your membership is based on your goals and where you’re at now.  12 and 24 month memberships are NOT client-centric and our gym is all about our clients and their success!

I Want To Get Into Amazing Shape, But I’m Scared To Get Started.  Help!
