Holiday Weigh-Down!

Our Commit Fitness Pre-Holiday Weight Loss Challenge begins this month and continues for six weeks in preparation for the Holiday season!

Here’s what you need to know to get started:

  • Join us for a weekly weigh-in and measurement during our Saturday 10 am Training Camp sessions (or another day each week if you can’t make it on Saturday mornings).
  • Participate in the Training Camp sessions (optional)
  • Keep a Food Log for at least 3 days each week.
  • Cost for the six-week program is $70 – (less than $12 per week)

Pre-Holiday Weight Loss Challenge Training Camp and Weigh-In Saturdays at 10 am October 17, 24, 31, November 7, 14, and 21

Here’s what you’ll get:

  • A nutritional plan with proper portioning and customized calorie range
  • Helpful nutritional handouts and recipes
  • Weekly support and guidance Training camp classes for six weeks
